Straightening out Bitesoft's TikTok and Meta advertising campaigns to move more product

Bitesoft Co. is one of Australia's most trusted and affordable Clear Aligner Companies. Bitesoft focus on tailoring the entire experience to suit each individual and don’t stop until they are confident with their smile. They’ve done the research, trialled the process and have ultimately redefined the orthodontic clear aligner experience with their unique remote treatment, personalised one-on-one programs, and partnerships with various dentist across Australia and New Zealand.

The challenge

To increase Bitesoft’s evergreen volume of At Home Impression Kit sales after not seeing the desired results from past agencies. Demand of the Bitesoft At Home Impression Kit increased during lockdown with the convenience of straightening teeth from home. The challenge was to increase demand of At Home teeth straightening solutions as consumers returned to life as normal.

The solution

A refined full funnel strategy across existing paid advertising activity in Meta, plus the introduction of TikTok advertising to reach new markets.

The impact

We scaled Bitesoft's daily sales volume from below one sale a day attributed to digital ads to hitting an average of 4.95 sales per day consecutively in 2023 (with our best month yet returning an average 8.13 sales per day).

Since commencement, we have increased Meta purchase volume by 46.7%, conversion value by 57.37%, and ROAS by 13.48%. Overall, we have reached over 6.7 Million, an increase of 49.99% in accounts reached.*
